Session 1 – Assessment & Foundations
We analyse your sleep audit, identify the primary driver of disruption, and implement your stabilisation plan. This includes wake-time anchoring, light exposure strategy, caffeine timing, and a structured wind-down routine.
Session 2 – Troubleshooting & Regulation
We review progress, identify barriers, and refine your strategy. Focus areas include improving sleep efficiency, reducing sleep onset latency, and strengthening circadian consistency.
Session 3 – Consolidation & Maintenance
