Our screening reports are personalised and generated based on the information you provide.
For this reason, refunds are not available once a report has been generated and delivered, as the service is considered completed at that point.
This applies to personalised reports, review calls, and coaching sessions once they have been delivered or commenced.
If you experience a technical issue, incorrect charge, or error in report delivery, please contact us within 14 days so we can review the matter promptly and fairly.
Refunds may be offered at our discretion where appropriate.
