2. Nature and limitations of the service

The screening tools and reports provided:

• Provide screening-level insights only
• Do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or personalised clinical advice

Our sleep hygiene and lifestyle coaching services provide education, behavioural guidance, and supportive strategies aimed at improving sleep habits and overall wellbeing. These services are non-medical in nature and do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical sleep disorders. They are not a substitute for medical care.

Any health concerns or symptoms should be discussed with a GP or appropriate healthcare professional.

Access to the report is granted once payment is successfully processed and the screening is completed.

All payments are handled securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

7. Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of the screening reports, refunds are not available once a report has been generated and delivered.

If you experience a technical error or incorrect charge, please contact us within 14 days and we will review the matter promptly and fairly.
